Besides, Q has nothing in common with Rog except for the dash punches, and his are nowhere near as good as Rog's are.

Command grabs are way less versatile and unique than fireballs though. It's just get close, have an unblockable grab with about 5 frames of startup and massive recovery when whiffed.

Only if it's a stun focused command grab and even then I disagree. Balrog's entire game philosofy in pretty much every game is his zoning into massive pressure with punches. Having a damaging command grab would slow him down and make him a 50/50 character which I feel is really not Balrog.

Yes you can. Get in training mode and practice.

Just remember that all charges are slightly under two seconds and you can do them while doing other moves.
Example: If you want to do a jump in as Guile and end it with a Flash Kick, the moment you start the jump, begin the charge.
Also the moment a charge move is done, you can immediately build another charge.
Keep these in mind and you'll be golden.
