Single player games with satisfying loot systems? I asked earlier but didn't get much in the way of responses.
Try Torchlight 2, it was made by a lot of the original D2 guys. There is also a ton of community mods for it that expand it into endless dungeons and many fan-made classes, some great some not so much.
