The story was atrocious even for a metal gear game. It might've been better given another set of missions but we'll never know.

Kaz was actually my favorite character in MGSV, so I kinda agree he deserved more screen time. Dude actually has an interesting problem (his use of Huey as a scapegoat to cover his own betrayal by embezzling DD funds to Cypher and by proxy to XOF. The game isn't about Venoms revenge, only slightly about Big Boss's revenge and practically 95% about Kaz revenge.
