It's just another compendium combined with quests and betting from the winter pass. Jewish? Not really because it's all cosmetics, though the quest system is fun and I'd like to see it implemented permanently and for free in some way. Riot still always has the crown for MOBA jewing with champions and runes etc which are a major disadvantage to not have.
Plus the pass is $10 and you can make that back by selling the drops on the market the first couple weeks when prices are sky high, I've actually made money from every CS event like this. Pay $10 and make $15-$20 back while enjoying the content.
