Is The Sims 4 good at this point after a bunch of expansions? The base version was pretty barebones and was missing a lot of things that made Sims 3 good as far as i recall.
I dunno about gay men and girls but I like making houses. The timescale in Sims was ridiculous though. Make a decent sized home and it can take a Sim an hour just to get to the driveway.
The dynamic timescale mod on 3 was great.

I'm gay and I liked Sims games.
Honestly, it's a guilty pleasure. A lot of gays probably know they will never get a happily ever after, when gay marriage is banned in your country, and nobody accepts you for who you are. And let's not even get into how most gays are insatiable sluts infested with STD's, who wants to date that? I personally just resigned myself to being forever alone.

I loved the original Sims and Sims 3, the Sims 2 was boring and disappointing. I don't play them that often though, It's just fun to fuck around with and try different playstyles.
I think they should just drop the """expansion packs"""" and improve upon the game. Too bad that will never happen though since It's EA and they're already destroying The Sims by making shitty Sims 4.
