Wounded Knee was a battle in the US. A very important one too, as it was pretty much a slaughter. It was the last real battle against the natives where something went wrong and the autistic cavalry damn near made the natives extinct. Just fucked over the last bit of resistance from them during an event that was supposed to be nonviolent. Booker having a cigar box from the cavalry means a version of him was part of that autistic event.

no you're just underage
>>
>>337909318

>he played the game so long ago he doesn't think about it anymore
>he must be underaged

Solid logic. Meanwhile if I was underage and played it, I would likely have caught the reference sooner.

>Click the a pixel too far to the left
>Lol you fell off the ledge
>Hope you had a save

Sierra adventure games were special.

I played Monkey Island and love p&cs in general but this is a shitty reference, mate.
>>
>>337909474
Oh how about this good one they pulled!
>A good portion of the way into the game
>Find out that you are missing a necessary item...
>That you didn't know about that was at the very start
>Hidden off screen
And they pull that "Hope you got obscure item XYZ ages ago!" shit countless times.

And Conquests of Camelot is the best text parser adventure game of all time.

Prove me wrong.

I remember playing pic as a kid and it was a real treat until I got stuck near the end of the game where you have to compose a sentence with broken parts from a recorded dialogue.
>>
>>337910567

But you can play movies.
>>
>>337904617
ayyyyyyy
>>
>>337913338
Shit, i remember that game.
The sentence was something like "dreep, come here!",
then you had to throw the recorder thing in the 0g pit and hide under the door.
After that the monster just throw himself in the pit and you're free to go.
Dat nostalgia...

I've only ever played the first one a long ass time ago. are the sequels any good? I used to love those animated point and clicks by lucasarts and sierra. Torin's Passage was my favorite.
>>
>>337916225

No it isn't.
>>
what is the best playthrough of this game on youtube? Some players are way better at the combat than others and always have the camera pointing at what you want to see
