I have yet to realize.
Maybe they fucked it up in the new expansion coming out at May 30 which you should totally buy, because it is going to be the best expansion ever, winning several GOTY awards.

I didn't. I played in Polish and in Russian, and voice acting is amazing in both languages, along with the translation.
