Outside of that, there are some okay texture mods like Optimzied vanilla that will help with framerate. Someone needs to just optimize Boston because that is the only place I don't get 60+ FPS.

I want a mod that adds in skills and traits that are selectable when you make a new character. I'm not sure if they could actually do that though so I'd like to see a Perk Overhaul mod that makes it a bit closer to what the older games had. Other than that, maybe people will be able to make quests that aren't completely terrible unlike the majority of the vanilla game. Although I don't see that happening unless they can find a way to expand the dialogue system and I don't think mods will be able to go that far.

It'll be possible when F4SE matures, as you'll probably be able to override the default perk chart with a proper expansible menu.

Ultimately Traits are just perks and treated the same, so it'd be as simple as adding a tab for Traits on the new menu.
