I just beat Risk of Rain on mine and thought it was the best version i've played.
It's pretty cool but not worth the price at all. I'll buy one when they're <$40 at thrift stores.

I'm a Vitafag but it doesn't have anywhere close to decent battery. It lasts forever with PSP games but Vita games drain it really fast. Killzone Mercenary for example can drain within an hour if you're playing online.

How's the vita as a Ps4 accesory? how is remote play? I can get a used vita for about 100 usd but I've seen the games and I am not interested in most of them.

Remote play is great but it's still fucked in terms of button mapping. Some games don't remap buttons or offer button remap for remote play, which can make them really difficult to play, and for some reason the custom button mapping options in either the PS4 or Vita system menu gets ignored when remote play is active. I tested this extensively with Salt & Sanctuary and could not get the shoulder buttons swapped. Games that allow you to custom map buttons within the game will keep those button maps across remote play, which I tested with EDF4.1 and Rocket League, although you don't need to do it with Rocket League as it automatically remaps the shoulder buttons when remote play is started.
What are some good arcade games for the vita? I've been playing a shitload of geometry wars 1 and 2 on my Xbox but I feel like it would be a perfect game on Vita. Any games like this?

Tried, had tons of laptops and even high powered tablets. It's SUPER fucking hard to set up for some PC gaming in my department and at home. My PS Vita looks 20% nerdier than a netbook in public, but is 50% easier to bring around with me
