No, it's impossible, no matter what Simon goes up against, the very nature of spiral power means that he becomes infinitely stronger than any opposing force, he literally defeated the very thing that was impossible for him to defeat.

Nothing really, if there is something that needs to be defeated the spiral power will allow it to be so, the spiral power simply grows immensely and any enemy would lose against the power of STTGL, not even a fair match, and if more power were to be needed, the universe would cease to exist (if the spiral nemesis would happen) so at the most it would end up in a tie.
