Stop talking like an idiot and tell us what card you're using. I have an i5 4440, 8gb DDR3, and a 960 2gb and I'm running Doom at 1080p, med settings with 60 FPS most of the time. Wherever there's fog/smoke on the screen my fps drops to the 30s. Wherever there's a ton of action on the screen my fps drops to 40s. No matter what settings I tweak this happens. Is it my CPU, RAM, or my GPU that's the problem? Is it all 3?
