The humour is abysmal
I'm enjoying it, the incursion maps are reminiscent of Monday Night Combat.
Got it relatively cheap through a key seller
It should've been free to play. Seriously, telling me that I have to pay (game) money to unlock inventory slots in a game that costs $60 is the most bullshit ever.
But the one thing I really like is that on the whole the characters have more character than in Overwatch. Those guys are like the most flat and boring people in the whole world.
I'd rather it succeed than overwatch. It's like stubbing my toe as opposed to drawing a sawblade on it while watching the most boring remake of something I like.

i dunno man,
battleborn is basically smite with more aiming.
while overwatch is basically TF2
and personally, i take another team fortress over another smite any day of the week.
though i have to agree with you, better art design, better writing and less particle effects would have made battleborn a lot better.
add to that a better price and not having to unlock everything, and you would have gotten a great game.

The 5 player PvE is fun from what I played of the Beta.
I don't know what it is, but both Battleborn and Overwatch just feel like they are missing something. I kind of don't want to see either succeed, even though Japan already loves Overwatch so it'll survive on porn alone.
