When you first enter Windhelm, some nigger elf is arguing with two clearly superior nords, so I went into a rage and immediately caved her skull in with my hammer. Apparently, her character needed to be alive to finish the interaction, because those two nords stood silently over her body for the entirety of the playthrough.

I only ever got it once outside of ragin mages, and I somehow lived through it. I just ran around with a staff of animation and the Flesh to Stone spell, making people into golems and creating an army of angry grills to attack people.

I used Pursuers before people spawned in in Oolacile in Dark Souls I PvP.
What I didn't realize is that if you cast Pursuers before someone loads in, the Pursuers aren't yet loaded in for them. This results in invisible projectiles that instantly kill your opponent.
I got a lot of hate mail, and didn't stop when I found out, because it's the most effective way to level up at very high levels (200+).
