Bought a used XBONE from gamestop and all these games were available for download. Thought maybe it's just demos or whatever, but they're all full games. ALL FOR FREE

there's not much you can do about it, but hey. you do get games. Sometimes you get what they buy too. I have Master Chief Collection even though I never bought it myself

it doesn't actually matter all that much. because whoever bought the system last, set that up as their home console. You can download your profile and games onto another xbox one, should you swap from one console to another, but most forget to make that new console their MAIN console. And I think that can only be done by the actual account holder.
though you Gamestop too, there's good ones and there's lazy ones.
