Considering it has a character development tree with options that stay exclusive between playthroughs, enemy variety beyond people who shoot at you, weapon and armor customization/enhancements, several supporting weapons and spells that all fill their own niches, and various consumables, yes, it has more gameplay depth. It's not very deep, but it's certainly deeper than Uncharted.
