It took me about 12ish hours on Ultra Violence.
Nightmare mode is nice because usually using a glory kill screws me over, and I have to actually explore for health and armor.

It's way better than the last Shadow Warrior, though. I like it, don't get me wrong, but the level design sucked ass (art direction didn't, but that's another story). SW felt cramped. Small areas, hallways, invisible walls everywhere. Having a level with more than one path to follow was like finding a unicorn.
Also Doom gun's feel better, and it's faster, which I like.
