I'm trying to be optimistic but honestly what are the chances a Blizzard supported vanilla server won't be shit? Unless they negotiate that Blizzard is to be 100% hands off we'll end up with "balance" patches (diminishing returns, homogenized class roles and buffs, no faction unique classes), dungeon and raid finders, "quality of life" changes (faster leveling, easier attunement, less dedication required), achievements and a cash shop including everyone's favorite products like pallet swapped mounts, pets, and the option to buy a level 55 character!
I want it to be good but I just can't see it happening.
