You will want to get the mod that uninstalls Oblivion and installs Morrowind instead

Darnified UI and Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul are essential, FCOM is Oscuro's Overhaul combined with a few other ones and it fixes the broken scaling system. Most mods that add dialogue have shitty voice acting, so avoid those.
