Who else is hyped for Far Harbour?
Even if it is similar somewhat in overall plot plots to Point Lookout from Fallout 3, it still will probably be very different when it comes down to the detail, sidequests, and plotline. I'm not going to let a few similarities ruin this DLC for me! I hope the introduction to the DLC starts off with you looking into the small case of a little girls abduction for their mother, but it leads into an ever larger, deep, and layered conspiracy that involves the whole island. My hope is that dima is Nick Valentine's brother and the endings are either to replace the children of atom leader with a synth, nuke far harbor or the children of atom, or kill DIMA, Red death is a mirelurk that does nothing. This is what happens in the fallout 4 far harbor dlc there'll be a lot of choices and ethical questioning that had deep philosophical meaning in this add-on, since Fallout 4 didn't have that many choices that impacted your overall story. My guess is that some rogue synths probably the overarching antagonist of the DLC with some secret agenda they're trying to follow through with, but the island of Far Harbor as you progress down through the plot becomes more and more apparent of what's happening and chaos erupts. I'm pretty excited though for the new armor and weapons that are in the trailer and those new enemies look pretty damn cool! Overall I'm still hyped for Far Harbor but I still have the same general worries I've always had about anything from the Fallout series.
Played the leak, it's shit. There's about 15 locations across the entire "bigger than Shivering Isles" map.

It's the most "cinematic" story. Look for your son and dad compared to "hunt down your failed killer" or "find salvation for your people".
I think Bethesda hopes Fallout gets a movie, and that 3 or 4 would be the easiest and most generic story to pull from.
