They should have just made it a "watch this sprite pee herself after holding it in for a bit" game insteadThe expressions and animations were really good for pixels, but the lack of consequence ruined it for me. No one was around to see, the game ended almost immediately after the accident, and you probably couldn't even win, not that I felt motivated to find out. So much wasted potential, and I can't even remember where I found it.
