I enjoyed Uncharted 4 more, just beat it actually, and had Tomb Raider on PC.
Uncharted 4 had better set pieces, better story drive, better sense of "adventure", more fun action (more because there's a lot of verticallity implemented in various segments], fun vehicle segments, and more varied areas.
Tomb Raider had lots of cool parts too though, but it was less about the "open" exploring and more about the individual paths between the open areas. The open areas just had a lot of empty climbing and items I needed to proceed, which was fine, but I felt it was unnecessary in a lot of ways. It has an aspect of being an RPG, but it really doesn't need it.
