Cool game. Story is ass though.
However, unless they've rebalanced the new version in a major way, I'd rather stick with the PC version, since there's some rebalance mods for it. In my personal opinion, the ranking system in the base game was broke as fuck and rewarded retarded tactics like ignoring enemies and just running to the goal with scouts.

Just make sure you always save your game in two different slots. DLC missions outside of story may wipe your save data if you only use one save slot. (that, at least in the pc version)

It's the way the game save files works. You start a game and play in that file. If you wipe that file, you need to start all over.
I wonder if they are going to fix a way to quit missions, because you can't do that in the pc version. (So also save before a mission, just in case)

There are actually a lot of games with stupid shit like that. In RE0 if you start Wesker's story, you gotta save in a different slot otherwise you'd end up overwriting the main game's save. Then you'd be stuck with just a Wesker mode save.
