See, the Mario Kart 64 AI has different difficulty levels, and when Peach is not picked, she will be the hardest of the AI's. She will consistently be at the top.
Playing the game for far too long, I took notice of this, and when she overtook me, and I lost to her, I was certain that her kart was faster, perhaps to make up for the fact that she was a girl.
So now I only play Peach, because she is the fastest. Fact.

While I used to only play Wario in 64, I seemed to often pick light characters (Toad in SC, Parakoopa and Baby Weegee in DD, Dry Bones in DS and Wii, Shy Guy in 7 and 8) until I found that heavy are way better. Now I play Wario in every game, and most other spin-off Mario games.
