there's a 3 year soft limit where you're graded and ranked and shit, but it continues on afterwards.
Mod support is nonexistent. The largest mods are extremely minor and don't modify game elements but instead just text or portraits or at the very most, allowing you to marry more people.

b)Shops
c)Shops that are open
d)People who should be in certain places but aren't
The rest of the 50% time is spent walking back form shops because they were shut a minute after you arrived, or more likely, tilling your fucking ground to plant crops
Oh but wait, that's not all
I forgot to mention the additional 100% of time (that's right this game actually occupies 200% of your time) that you spend

That's the fun though, especially after all that hard work you get a fucking good ass harvest because you got some of that fertilizer and you got some gold star crops. Go to Pierre and make fucking bank, buy some more seeds, and plant them, or spend the rest of your day in the mines or fishing.

If it's your first time, I'd suggest buying seed potatoes instead of cutting up old stock. You can get them cheap either at your local garden centre or online. There's nothing wrong with using eaters as starters, but it does increase the risk of loss due to disease. Not much of a big deal when you're growing them as in the video, but a real pain in the ass when you have to replace the soil they were planted in. You'll also see a lot of people saying seed potatoes give better yields - I haven't really noticed this, so I don't give it much stock.
It's comfy, yes.
It's a good game, yes. Not great, not bad, but good.
But know what? It's also forgettable.
After reaching the start of year 3, there's nothing left to do, you stop playing and three weeks later I don't even remember the game anymore.

it isnt THAT bad. most of these things only become an issue later in the game. i played it for about 50 hours, and then all of these started to really bug me.
if you're a casual gamer then you would have a blast with this game. if you have autism (i.e. you post on /v/ (like me)) then you wont like the game as much
