Yeah it runs at 60 except like one dungeon, and on PC, it'll run at 60 at all times.
At the end of the day, if you never liked Neptunia, you won't like it now. But if you liked a bit of it before, you'll be really impressed with what they've done in this game.

Story is good for once. Each section has it's own mini-story that adds up to one over-arcing plot in the end.
Gameplay is the same as it has been, but much more difficult starting off. Also slightly less tedious because you rotate the party a lot more, getting a lot more variety in playstyle.
Music is fantastic. There's not a bad song in the entire OST.
It runs at both on PS4, so it should be fine on PC.
