Be honest. Do you actually still play the actual games or is it basically your emulator device to play SNES, N64, GC, GBA and/or other retro games?
i still play actual games for it, psp has a lot of great exclusives

Lately I've been playing my PSP a lot actually. Playing Silent Hill Shattered Memories right now.
Even though I played the system a lot back when it was new, I missed a lot of the games on it.
Is Hexyz Force worth a download? I actually play the majority of the games on umd but I'm not fucking paying the going rate for this.

Actually, the N3DS has surpassed the PSP in terms of every emulator (why the fuck would you try playing N64 on it though), but I still use it as a PS1/PSP machine.
It had a lot of great games and it's the best system to play PS1 outside of Ape Scape even today.

I do still play the actual games, I restarted on MHFU and a couple other games. Patapon is alright to play every now and then. I do like going back to GBC and GBA every now and then too.
As a side note! the GBA emulator got an update this last week. Some guy improved it apparently.
Would love to play Obscure with some friends, but no one I know owns any Playstation handhelds.

I loved the game as a kid, but I can't recommend someone sit through that.
Can someone recommend me a battery that doesn't shit out? I can't even tell if my battery or the PSP itself is the problem at this point. I've gone through 4+ batteries.

it has plenty of good games like some anons already pointed out. The gba and gbc emulators are pretty good and add much to the console, just like the entire library of ps1 games.
It's been a while since I was aware of the scene, but afaik the snes emulator were all pretty slow, n64 were borderline unplayable, and gc is unthinkable.

I pretty much just play Miku Extend or Azure Dreams on mine . I have a vita now so I play pretty much every other PSP or PS1 game that I haven't yet on that instead.

I play the exclusives that can't be found on the PSN store, like Crisis Core. Other than that, its an incredible GBA emulator.
