There's this game I've been trying to remember the name of for a couple years so I can play it again, can you help me?
The problem is, the only parts I remember are..
That there was a party system, a battle system, it was 3D, it had some strange form of an alchemy party "minigame?" or was it really detailed?
Also there were harpies that had their tits out and spawned next to some type of city.

I remember because I played it with this banging chick back when I was young, I didn't get a PS2 until after Kingdom Hearts 1 came out, and I'm unsure if it was before that or after.

The only game that comes to mind with bare-breasted harpies is Serious Sam.
As for everything else, I'd suggest Shining Force? I only ever played 1 + 2 for the Genesis, which were 2D + had no such Alchemy system, but iirc the later ones were in 3D and god only knows what they changed because they killed the franchise with them.
