There is only ONE mod you need and it's only 16mb, it virtually has no impact on FPS.

Do you use any other ENB in combination with the RWL?
Don't. Just use the RWL alone, it only removes the green filter / tones of the game, that's it. That is why it does not impact performance.
I use RWL with SweetFX to add some vibrance and SMAA, along with a Sun Glare lens effect mod.
THat's it, zero FPS drop, all lite tweaks and none of that bullshit overdone ENBs.
