GTA5 is a pretty extreme outlier mate, I've never seen anything even remotely close to it, it's more like a lock on system than autoaim anyway, the first time you hold down the aim button it snaps to the closest enemy and tracks them to an extent, but if you move your aim manually it ends entirely until you stop aiming again.
Video games are dumbed down for these people.

All Rockstar games have aim assist that can be turned up to almost aimbot levels, short of locking on headshots. In Max Payne 3 they had separate playlists because the auto-aim was so extreme.
