Has this grindwall game gotten any better since damage 2.0? I kinda stopped and didn't bother to go back shortly after that. I loved my Acrid and pre-nerf Trinity but the grind, dumb as shit AI and bullet sponges got stale after awhile.

To be fair it does actually look better and seems to have better production values than other pay to do stuff games.

Oh, yeah, warframe, that game which requires almost no fucking skill at all and makes your effectiveness in combat depend SOLELY on what mods you have for your suit and weapons. Where even if you were the best player on earth, you would be absolutely garbage without mods on the higher planets, while the worst player could still fucking wreck everything with good mods.

I don't know, man. I have 1000+ hours into this game as of six months ago when I quit, and I have to occasionally resist the urge to go back to it.
I quit when I realized that I had long since hit the power ceiling, and that the game at that point had basically become about the acquisition of new guns and frames and stuff.
That, and the fact that the community has basically resigned to grinding the same three missions over and over, because even though the game has a ton of content there just isn't a point to playing any of it when you can just level an item to max in a single Draco run. Not to mention that those missions are basically standing still while the mesa, excal, whatever frame is meta, etc... just spams the same ability over and over for four waves.
I think the thing that makes me occasionally feel like want to come back to it is the fact that I've missed so much shit. DE is constantly releasing new shit-tier guns and mods that I want to have just for the sake of having, and I don't like the idea of missing out on the void trader, but fuck it. The game isn't about fun anymore, it's just about the endless race to keep up with all of the grinding they're constantly throwing at you.
