des, its one of my "comfiest" gaming memories when I woke up at 5 after having slept the entire day and playing through tower of latria for the first time when it was already dark outside while still being croggy
the only souls games that have scary things in them are bloodborne and DKS3, especially bloodborne if you play with headphones on and get into the lore and the right mood while playing

Latria is the spookiest area in the series. But Bloodborne is spookiest game over all, pre-Nightmare Yharhagul conveys "you REALLY shouldn't be here" better than accidently finding some Aboriginal cave paintings while walking your dog.
