It effects different playstyles. I'm a very reactionary player and I feel the games is less responsive than SFIV. I still like the game, but I'm forced to play in a more predictive style than I'm used to because SFV has more lag and PS4 sticks have more lag than the 360. They increase some startup, but it isn't enough to compensate for so much goddamn delay.

This has been known for a while. People bitching about it now is just a meme.
Don't get me wrong, it matters. But has mattered since the game came out. It favors a playstyle based on predicting and mind games rather than reaction, and some players get hit harder than others, but games favoring some playstyles over others is par for the course.

It takes a while to pinpoint what's bothering you about the game, the information has been out for a while now but the right people hadn't seen it. People realized so quick with the USF4 PS4 port because they'd been playing SF4 on 360 for years already and knew what it was supposed to feel like.
