The explanation was a bit long because he went on a bit of a tangent with posing, but it came back around when he applied it to Tracer

That means the developers have the right to tweak any part of the game, including adding or removing stuff. In order to release a quality product. The reason people are playing the beta is to give feedback.
What happened to the Tracer pose was just a fine example of how betas and feedback works. If this issue could have happened once the game was released, there would be a legit reason to complain.
Sum this, and add the reason Blizzard did it, along with the argument of the video AND the final result (which it wasn't by far a non-sexualized pose, instead, it keeps the sexyness along with the charm of the character.
