Well about 1hr into the Campaign I can already tell you, this one is going to go out of the Ball Park. If this is your first FPS you have won the lotto if it isn't you are going to be treated to the best looking and playing FPS since the original Doom. If you like shooting hellspawn and lots of gore with an amazing soundtrack this is your game. Everything oozes polish here from all the detail in the textures, screams in the distance to the ambient sounds you can tell they put their heart and soul into this title and wasn't about to F-UP this iconic of iconic franchises

I dunno. I'm playing it on Ultraviolence, but the regular UAC grunts don't seem to be much of a hassle unless they corner you. It starts to get tough when Hell Knights and Barons of Hell show up.
So, maybe you should play it in Nightmare mode?

Yeah, but I can't remember whether or not Nightmare is readily available. I'm certain Ultra Nightmare is only unlockable after you beat the game once. It adds permadeath, by the way.
