All PS4 neo games will also run on the regular PS4 but the neo versions will have better performance.

the ps4 neo is going to be released at the same time as the ps4 slim, so you can buy the upgraded version (neo) or the old version cheaper version in slim form
don't know if sony is going to release this info on E3, but that's the plan.
