You forgot the summer spell system that's been broken since launch giving the illusion of free choice that might actually make people play the same character differently but winds up being Flash+Whatever Skill you actually want which could have been solved fucking YEARS ago by limiting you to one spell per character (want flash? you're going to give up extra damage/CC/jungle clear for it, pussy) which fixes the entire system. People LITERALLY cheer when someone flashes after they face check a bush blindly and escape certain death.

You get more than 74ip a match, 74ip is if you lose, you'll get over a 100 for a win and there's a first win of the day bonus.
The talent system also looks nothing like that now and low levels won't tend to get matched with high levels as well so it's not that important.
Each rune also costs different amounts, some only cost 400 ip, only the quints (3 big runes) cost 2000ip.
Fuck man when I used to play the game I had 20 rune pages set up and ready to go, but you can change them before games for what you feel like playing.

Grade 2 runes are getting reduced to 1 ip each, for starters.
Grade 2 runes have about 90% the stats of grade 3.
Also, getting to level 30 is just the beginning of playing competitively, so the mastery points are pretty much a moot point.
Pretty sure Alliance can win by just ricing because they have much stronger late.

LoL's aesthetics are gross in-game, everything is a clash of colors and art design.
The one thing Valve did right in TF2 and Dota 2 was make their characters and maps have a consistent art style and color scheme that's easily identifiable in the middle of a big fight.
