In the last stream they discussed that Tricky will be in the main campaign as a sort of, random balancer fight?
In short there will be a hidden"Tricky Meter" that will go up somehow and once it reaches maximum, it will trigger a random Tricky encounter.
They also mused that in these encounters he'll be doing random stuff, from messing with other mercenaries, causing general havoc, "clowning around", or actually waiting to kill you.
