How would the games industry be different if Sega were still making consoles today?

The Dreamcast was really ahead of it's time, I wonder what would've happened if they were still making consoles.
All I can say for sure is that we'd probably have a kickass controller since SEGA was always the best at making them.
We'd probably have more Japanese console games being made.
Considering Sega's drop in Quality after the Saturn, and their general business idiocy, I'm pretty sure the games industry would be defuct.
