Not really, they haven't made one good game.
And before you pine in with "BUT MUH WITCHER 3", that game was horribly dull. I really don't see why the game is so highly praised. The gameplay was shite, and the story was extremely underwhelming. Not to mention the whole downgrade controversy where CDPR essentially lied to all of its fans.
Kingdom Come looks like a Bioware RPG so far, only made in Cryengine instead of Unreal/Frostbyte, so it's going to be even more horribly optimized.
