It's undoubtedly tied to game logic like Type 0 was. Also see Toukiden Kiwami.
Mustards are so fucking retarded they don't understand that doubling the framerate in a game designed to run specifically at 30 fps on a console from 16 years ago would break it. The port is identical to the PS4 version. Still no dual audio and still the same shitty new character models. Still not worth it for >$10.
It's not as good as pic related. In addition, this one ran in 60fps.
