A Columbia man will serve up to 40 years in prison for sex abuse of a young girl.
Nickalaus Stoutzenberger’s crimes will impact the girl for the rest of her life, Lancaster County Judge Merrill Spahn told him while ordering a 16 ½-to-40-year state prison term.
Stoutzenberger, 24, was sentenced Monday, three months after a jury convicted him of three charges, including a first-degree felony count of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child.
Manor Township police previously reported the abuse occurred in Washington Boro when the girl was between 5 and 7 years old.
In court Monday, Assistant District Attorney Amber Czerniakowski called Stoutzenberger a dangerous person who has long exhibited signs of pedophilia, a sexual attraction to children.
As part of the sentence, Stoutzenberger must register his whereabouts with police under Megan’s Law for the rest of his life.
The victim testified at trial about the abuse, and Czerniakowski also presented a transcript of an online chat Stoutzenberger had with another person regarding the conduct.
Stoutzenberger has been held at Lancaster County Prison since last April.

We went through the campaign and DLCs in borderlands 1 on PC, and we'll be doing a run of BL2 later, and we also play killing floor.
