Good: Pretty nice atmopshere and you really need to struggle sometimes. Honest Hearts was pretty spooky, too.
Bad: OP Tunnelers with bugged infinite perception are evreywhere.
All perks work like traits, in that they have a disadvantage of sorts. The problem is it's fucking retarded because you need to pick something and more often than not you would rather not level up because those disadvantages are unbalanced as hell.
