The translation is correct and appropriate. Her JP name is チキは俺の嫁P, shortened to チキ嫁P. XXは俺の嫁 is only something otakus would say and is the perfect equivalent of "xx is my waifu".
They're not making fun of anyone. A lot of vocaloid producers have weird nicknames like that, so it fit in right with the theme of the game.
