I think it will be interesting for much longer, if you're into this type of game.
It's obviously not an FPS so if you're looking for that you'll hate it. But if you're into a sandbox RPG sort of thing then I reckon it'll be good.

You can upgrade your suit, your gun, and while you have to buy new ships I think there's also customisation

The little gameplay I saw was autopilot.
Approached some space station and instead of landing the craft with your skill, he just toggled between landing stations and picked one.

Sure, IF the RPG elements are good. And so far they haven't really show anything impressive. We haven't seen anything that looks like it'd be fun the 10th time you do it.

I honestly think it will be alright but it's definitely being overhyped to the point where it's actually annoying now.
I think it will be a disappointment to a lot of people but I'll probably have fun with it a lot of the gameplay mechanics look pretty generic and non immersive but I'm mostly getting it for the aesthetics I think it'll be cool flying from planet to planet and role playing as a space pirate
