Needs to be too close to do any damage. Even with reaper I can sometimes snipe someone at really low health from afar with shotguns. Dvas cannot do anything to someone not up close

Getting in close is easy though, her boosters have a really short cooldown. Ramming into people with them even does damage. Boost in, blast them, boost out. Play hit and run and D.Va is fantastic.
