So far it is pretty decent. I'm still trying to come to grips with what the game is, as opposed to what I thought it would be or should be. There is a lot of glory killing. But I don't know quite how necessary it is.
The game moves at a reasonable speed so far, but I'm only in the second level.
You're all just mad that you were wrong. Doom is a perfectly playable game, not as good as the originals, but not as bad as Doom 3. I'm enjoying this game a lot. There are certainly areas for improvementincreasing movement speed, changing the chainsaw completelybut the game comes together nicely and isn't the complete and utter failure you thought it was going to be. I'm interested to see what they do in the future. Hopefully they wise up and either change the MP completely or remove it and just focus on the SP.
