I told me years ago that just because 8th Gen are built like PCs doesn't mean they're going to peak.
If you give a developer a set of standardized hardware, they'll know exactly how to fine tune it to efficiency unlike PCs with thousands of hardware variations.
Also, game engines evolve over time allowing new techniques to take older hardware and make games look on par to something on PC.

The point of her character was to tempt Nate away from Elena, and that doesn't make much sense now that they're happily married. The only reason she came back in 3 is because whatever team did that did it while the real one did Last of Us had no idea what they were doing and just slapped shit together.

Battlefront actually has the best optimization I've ever seen in a video game to date. It has to do with how they mapped the textures, which is really difficult for cities and such, but great for deserted fields full of rocks (honestly probably the main reason we're getting battlefield 1)
