I'm usually pretty understanding of reasons to get a game on console over PC (hell I'm probably gonna get No Man's Sky on PS4), but in this case there really isn't any reason to get Overwatch on console unless your PC is just not good enough to run it.
The game runs fine on okay gaming PCs from three years ago - my i5 3570 and HD 7850 have no issues running it 1080/60. The genre is an inherently better fit to KBM and has more history on PC, and the developer has a far larger history as a developer for PC than for consoles.
