I mean, the main reason that Samus looks like a dude in her normal Power Suit is because of the fuckhuge pauldrons, but the Fusion suit lacks those, as well as a lot of the other armor plating that makes her gender hard to distinguish.

Look here >>337392270 and you see that Samus's shoulder joint doesn't really go out as far as it appears to, it's disguised by the pauldrens, which makes sense given that when we see her outside the armor there is no way it'd fit otherwise.
Now look at >>337386335. There is no place to hide the shoulder joint, it HAS to be where is appears to be, which means Samus's soulders are twice as wide in the Fusion Suit as in the standard Power Suit.
