Your conclusions do not follow from your assumptions. Enabling female characters in five years would not force men to be stuck playing men and allow women to play women; it would force long-time players to be stuck playing men and allow new players (or people who don't care about character resets) to play women.
Anyone who gives half a shit about such things would just pick up a new female character once they became available. Heck, it might attract some people to try it, since it would be something new in the game. This includes both men and women players, so the ratio would be about the same as it currently is.
That's assuming you can fund a MMO for five years with no female characters in the first place. Most MMOs are going to be dead in that time, and that's with the pedo and SJW audience's money.
